Who is responsible. The person or company named in the legal notice above is responsible for your personal data on this website.
Visiting the website. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not use advertising trackers.
Analytics. If you agree in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. It sets cookies (names starting with _ga) and processes your IP address, device and browser details and the pages you visit. Google may process this data outside the EU, under the EU standard contractual clauses. We keep this data for 14 months. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Your language choice. If you switch between English and Slovene, your browser remembers the choice on your own device. It is not sent to us.
Emails. If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
Pre-orders. When you pre-order, we use your name, email, shipping address and order details to process the order, ship your hat and keep the records the law requires. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
How long we keep it. We keep order data as long as tax and accounting law requires, and emails as long as needed to answer them.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its use, or get a copy of it. Write to hello@wolna.eu. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Pre-order. WOLNA sauna hats are sold as pre-orders. The first batch is limited to 100 hats. You pay when you order, and your hat ships with the first batch, expected in February 2027.
Price. The early price is €70 per hat. Prices are in euros. [Whether VAT is included, and shipping costs, to confirm.]
Delays. If the batch is delayed, we tell you by email with a new date. If you no longer want to wait, you can cancel and get a full refund.
Shipping. We ship worldwide. Import duties and taxes outside the EU, if any, are paid by the buyer.
Your right to withdraw. If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your hat, without giving a reason. Tell us by email.
Returns. We go further: send the hat back unworn within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full, within 14 days of receiving it back. Return postage is on you, unless the hat is faulty.
Faults. If your hat arrives damaged or has a fault, write to us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
Use and care. The hat is made for dry saunas only. Hand wash in cold water and let it air dry.
Law. These terms follow the law of [country]. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
